Flow & Yin
An intelligent Vinyasa flow class that is a marriage of the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue then bringing it down to the floor for Yin poses for the last half of the class ending with a well deserved Savasana.

Hatha & Yin
Slow the race, and settle into your weekend by relaxing your mind, body and spirit. Incorporated is Yin yoga, to soften into your body and unlock any tight spots that may be present. You will leave feeling more refreshed and rejuvenated, with a more deeper connection to your body.
